LHH has partnered with an established company who is actively seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join their team! Responsibilities:

  • Professionally greet clients at the front desk

  • Provide administrative support to the President and other team members

  • Answer calls and emails and direct to the correct resource

  • Assist with meeting minutes, agendas, administrative reports, etc.

  • Clerical duties such as filing, scanning, etc.

  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment

  • Scheduling meetings and use of office space

  • Assist with special projects as requested and any additional duties


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of relevant administrative experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and typing skills

  • Tech savvy and a fast learner

  • Thrives in a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines

  • Demonstrate high level of confidentiality


Compensation:

  • $22.00- $24.00 USD per hour and based on experience

  • Contract-To-Hire


Work Hours:

  • Monday-Friday

  • Full time, 40 hours a week

  • 8am-5pm

  • Office is located in Kearny Mesa
