LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, with specific expertise in processing certified payroll using QuickBooks or ADP. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws

  • Manage the payroll process using QuickBooks, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, benefits, and deductions

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a productive and compliant workplace

  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll, benefits, and workplace concerns

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality and accuracy

  • Provide support and guidance to management and staff on HR-related matters

  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred not required

  • 2+ years of human resources experience, with a focus on payroll processing using QuickBooks

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required

  • Construction industry experience is preferred

  • Certified payroll experience is required with prevailing wage

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software


Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Full-time

  • Monday- Friday

  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST, occasional overtime hours

  • Compensation: $33.00-$36.00 per hour DOE
