LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our clients team and provide exceptional service to our customers. The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, offering support and resolving customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities include addressing patient concerns, processing orders, and gathering detailed information. Key responsibilities:
Answer and manage high volumes of incoming calls
Resolve patient issues and complaints promptly and effectively
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Upsell or cross-sell products and services as appropriate
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday
40 hours per week
8:00am-5:00pm PST
No over-time hours
