LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Collections Customer Service Representative to join our clients team and play a pivotal role in managing customer accounts and resolving outstanding balances. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers/clients via phone, email, and mail to discuss overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans. Your primary objective will be to maintain positive customer relationships while effectively collecting outstanding debts.
Key responsibilities include:
Initiating contact with customers to discuss overdue accounts and identify reasons for non-payment
Negotiating repayment plans or settlements in accordance with company policies and procedures
Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, and offering solutions to meet customers' financial obligations
Documenting all interactions and updating account information accurately in the company's database
Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
Adhering to legal and regulatory requirements governing debt collection practices
Qualifications:
Highschool diploma or equivalent is required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
Maintain confidentiality and ability to resolve complex issues
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday
40 hours per week
8:00am-5:00pm PST
