Job Description: Customer Experience Specialist (Contract) – La Mesa, San Diego
Duration: 2–3 Month Contract with Potential for Extension or Permanent Hire
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join a fast-paced and mission-driven team in La Mesa, San Diego. This is a 2–3 month contract role, with the potential to be extended or converted to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, efficient, and solutions-oriented support across various channels, including phone, email, and in-person. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and support in a professional manner
Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Help identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience
Working Hours:
Full-time
Onsite
Monday- Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
