Data Entry Specialist job in San Diego, CA

LHH has partnered with a dynamic and fast-paced Mortgage company located in beautiful San Diego who is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to assist their team. They are experiencing a busy period and looking for dedicated individuals to join the team to help maintain their high standards of administrative efficiency and positive client experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous data entry and administrative experience with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transfer data accurately from one system to another
  • Emphasize precision and accuracy in all data entry tasks
  • Utilize Excel for data entry, filtering, and applying simple formulas
  • Manage and enter tickets from trades into the system
  • Allocate loans and assign information to trade files
  • Perform general office duties, including scanning and cleanup
  • Potentially assist with IT and automated processes

Qualifications:
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience
  • Experience in Mortgage industry preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work in a busy environment
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for customer service and administrative tasks

Additional Details:
  • Location: Kearny Mesa, CA
  • Pay: $19-$22/hour based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday; 6:30am-3:00pm (some flexibility)
  • Duration: Contract for 3+ months, can always be extended based on job performance and business need!
  • Work in a nice office with a friendly and supportive team
  • Gain valuable experience in the Mortgage industry!
