Job Title: Dispatcher

Location: Poway, San Diego

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Temporary Dispatcher to join our client’s team in Poway for a minimum 4-month assignment. This onsite role will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching service calls, managing schedules, and communicating effectively with both staff and clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in dispatching or customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch service calls to field technicians

• Manage a high volume of calls

• Maintain accurate records of dispatched calls and follow-up activities

• Communicate clearly with team members and customers regarding service schedules

• Resolve issues or delays promptly and efficiently

• Update and manage data in dispatch systems

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related field

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office applications

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week

• Full-time

• Onsite

• Monday- Friday

• 8:00am-5:00pm PST

Details:

• Located in Poway, San Diego

• 3-4 month contract role

• Compensation: $24.00-$27.00 per hour DOE
