Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Mission Hills, San Diego, CA



Job Description:


LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our client’s non-profit organization in Mission Hills, San Diego. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events and board meetings

  • Maintain and update organizational files and records

  • Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders

  • Support fundraising and community outreach initiatives

  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones and managing emails


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Non-profit industry experience is preferred

  • Experience with events and fundraising is a plus

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus


Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Full-time

  • Onsite

  • Monday - Friday

  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST

  • Located in Mission Hills, San Diego

  • Contract to hire role

  • Compensation: $65,000-$77,000 annually DOE
