Job Title: Administrative Executive Assistant
Location: Carmel Valley, CA
Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 (DOE)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Administrative Executive Assistant to support a senior-level executive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in beautiful Carmel Valley. As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, maintaining calendars, coordinating travel, handling confidential information, and acting as a trusted partner to the executive. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, resourceful, and capable of juggling multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts
Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports
Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and special projects
Handle confidential documents with the utmost discretion
Anticipate the executive’s needs and proactively manage priorities
Qualifications:
4+ years of executive support experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools
Excellent judgment, time management, and problem-solving skills
Working Hours:
Full-time
Onsite
Monday- Friday
8:00am-5:00pm PST

Located in Carmel Valley, San Diego
Direct hire role
Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 annually DOE
