LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a versatile and organized temporary Floating Administrative Assistant to join a growing real estate company. As a Floating Admin, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support across various departments and locations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative assistance to different teams and departments as needed
Perform general office duties including managing correspondence, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies
Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and organizing itineraries
Support with data entry, document preparation, and filing systems to ensure efficient record-keeping
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and assist in special projects as assigned
Adapt quickly to different work environments and demonstrate flexibility in handling diverse administrative tasks
Qualifications:
At least 2-4 years of proven experience in administrative roles with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in office software and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday
40 hours per week
8:00am-5:00pm PST

Onsite
6-month contract with the potential to be extended or go permanent
Located in Mission Valley, San Diego
Compensation: $25.00-$27.00 per hour (DOE)
