LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Scheduler to join our client's dynamic team. This role involves conducting a high volume of outbound calls to schedule appointments, follow up with patients, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a temporary 6-9 month contract role within a healthcare setting, scheduled from Monday-Friday, 10:00am to 6:30pm. This position offers a great opportunity to learn and gain new skills!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to schedule appointments with clients

  • Follow up with patients to confirm and reschedule appointments as needed

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless scheduling process

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent

  • Healthcare industry experience is required

  • Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls efficiently and effectively

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment


Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Full-time

  • Monday-Friday

  • 10:00am-6:30pm PST
