Job Title: Human Resources Director
Location: Spring Valley, CA
Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead and manage all HR functions for our growing organization in Spring Valley, CA. This is a direct hire opportunity offering stability, growth, and the ability to make a lasting impact.
The HR Director will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, training and development, and performance management. This strategic leader will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and ensure the company’s HR policies and practices align with business goals while maintaining a positive and compliant workplace culture. The salary for this role ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
Direct and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Ensure company-wide compliance with labor laws and regulations
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
Lead employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
Manage performance review processes and support leadership development
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management
Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
Strong knowledge of California labor law and HR compliance
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred
Working Hours:
Full-time
Onsite
Monday- Friday
8:00am-5:00pm, flexible on hours PST
