Location: Spring Valley, CA


Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time


We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead and manage all HR functions for our growing organization in Spring Valley, CA. This is a direct hire opportunity offering stability, growth, and the ability to make a lasting impact.


The HR Director will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, training and development, and performance management. This strategic leader will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and ensure the company’s HR policies and practices align with business goals while maintaining a positive and compliant workplace culture. The salary for this role ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Ensure company-wide compliance with labor laws and regulations

  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook

  • Lead employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution

  • Manage performance review processes and support leadership development

  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management

  • Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement

  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles

  • Strong knowledge of California labor law and HR compliance

  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred

Working Hours:

  • Full-time

  • Onsite

  • Monday- Friday

  • 8:00am-5:00pm, flexible on hours PST
