Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Location: Poway, CA

Immediate Need

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist for a temporary position in Poway, CA. This role is an immediate need and will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

• Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

• Support HR initiatives and projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus but not required

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

• Knowledge of HRIS systems, ADP is a plus

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week

• Full-time

• Onsite

• Monday- Friday

• 8:00am-5:00pm PST

Details:

• Located in Poway, San Diego

• 3 month contract role with the possibility to be extended

• Compensation: $30.00-$35.00 per hour DOE
