Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with multi-state expertise to join our dynamic team in Carlsbad, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across multiple states. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with multi-state regulations
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in various states
Administer benefits programs and handle payroll processing
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of HR management experience with multi-state experience
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
40 hours per week
Full-time
Onsite
Monday - Friday
8:00am-5:00pm PST

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 annually DOE
