LHH is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Staff Accountant to join our client’s team in El Cajon, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in accounting. You will be reporting directly to the Accounting Manager and supporting various accounting functions. The anticipated pay range for this role is between $26/hr to $32/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting operations and tasks

• Manage general ledger entries and reconciliations

• Process accounts payable and receivable

• Assist in monthly financial reporting and analysis

• Prepare financial statements and reports

• Work directly with experienced Accounting Manager

• Support audits and other accounting projects as needed

Qualifications:

· Experience with QuickBooks Online (highly preferred)

· No degree required

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
