LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a polished and professional High-Level Receptionist to join a well-respected legal firm. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
Manage the front desk by answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, and providing accurate information
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies
Provide support to other departments as needed, ensuring seamless office operations
Manage the visitor log and maintain security protocols
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role in a high-level environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Legal industry experience is preferred
High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Working Hours:
40 hours per week
Monday- Friday
9:00am-5:30pm PST

Compensation: $25.00-$27.00 per hour DOE
