Litigation Paralegal

Location: La Jolla, San Diego, CA

Salary Range and Benefits: $85K to $95K per year, along with comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, etc.

Position Type: Full-time, Onsite, Direct Hire

LHH has partnered with a reputable regional law firm in the La Jolla area in seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of legal professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.

  • Manage cases efficiently through document review applications such as Eclipse and iManage.

  • Utilize tools like Excel to analyze and organize data.

  • Prepare, organize, and summarize discovery materials.

  • Assist in the preparation of certain motion documents and other correspondence.

  • Draft declarations, maintain discovery and records logs, and organize voluminous documents.

  • Prepare and manage subpoenas as required.

  • Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, mediations, and trials.

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal Certificate required.

  • Minimum of 4 years of litigation defense paralegal experience.

  • Strong litigation skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills for interactions with clients and co-workers.



Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
