Job Description: Member Services Representative

Location: University City, CA

Key Responsibilities:



  • Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency


  • Assist members with inquiries, account updates, and resolving concerns


  • Provide accurate and timely information about services and benefits


  • Document all interactions and updates in the CRM system


  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall member experience


  • Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to ensure resolution



Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in a high-volume call center or customer service role is preferred


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


  • Required to live in San Diego County, CA


  • Highschool diploma or equivalent is required


  • Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications


  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, member-focused environment


  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional service



Working Hours:



  • 40 hours per week


  • Full-time


  • Onsite/hybrid (only 1 day a week in the office)


  • Monday – Friday


  • 8:00am-4:30pm PST
