Job Description: Member Services Representative
Location: University City, CA

Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
Assist members with inquiries, account updates, and resolving concerns
Provide accurate and timely information about services and benefits
Document all interactions and updates in the CRM system
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall member experience
Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to ensure resolution
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a high-volume call center or customer service role is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Required to live in San Diego County, CA
Highschool diploma or equivalent is required
Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional service
Working Hours:
40 hours per week
Full-time
Onsite/hybrid (only 1 day a week in the office)
Monday – Friday
8:00am-4:30pm PST
