Job Title: .NET Developer (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid, On-site 3 days/week)
Type: Contract-to-Hire up to $85k plus discretionary bonus upon conversion

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented .NET Developer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in object-oriented programming and a passion for building data-driven applications. You will be working on a dynamic data portal project, contributing to both front-end and back-end development in a collaborative hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain features for a data portal application using .NET and C#.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of hands-on experience in .NET/C# development.
Strong understanding of basic OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) principles.
Familiarity with SQL and ability to write basic queries.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working on a data portal or similar web-based project.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Work Environment:
Hybrid model: On-site presence required 3 days per week at our client’s San Diego office.
Collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Opportunity to transition to a full-time role based on performance.
Compensation: $35-40/hr (Converting at $85k salary)
