Job Title: Office Administrator I
Location: North Park, San Diego
Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator I to join our client’s team in North Park. As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling a variety of administrative tasks and providing essential support to the team.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism
Manage daily office functions, including scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and handling mail and correspondence
Assist in data entry, filing, and organizing office documents to maintain accurate records.s
Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials for internal events and presentation
Support the team with various clerical duties, such as processing invoices, updating spreadsheets, and assisting with basic HR tasks
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
1-2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Working Hours:
40 hours per week
Full-time
Onsite
Monday- Friday
8:00am-5:00pm PST

Compensation: $20.00-$26.00 per hour DOE
