LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our client’s growing team in Spring Valley. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support daily operations to ensure efficiency and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring excellent communication

  • Maintain and organize records, files, and confidential documents

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reporting

  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed


Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of previous experience in office administration or a related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team


Working Hours:

  • Full-time

  • Onsite

  • Monday- Friday

  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST

  • Located in Spring Valley, San Diego

  • Direct hire role

  • Compensation: $26.00- $36.00 per hour DOE
