Location: Spring Valley, CA
Job Type: Full-time, Direct-Hire
Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000
About Us: LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join a start-up in San Diego. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing administrative support to various leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and available.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Provide support to the HR department with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and other external parties as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
