Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Spring Valley, CA
Job Type: Full-time, Direct-Hire
Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000
About Us: LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join a start-up in San Diego. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing administrative support to various leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and available.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Provide support to the HR department with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and other external parties as needed.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
