Job Title: Office and Events Coordinator
Location: Torrey Pines, CA
Type: Temporary, with potential to become permanent for the right candidate
A reputable non-profit organization in La Jolla is seeking an Office and Events Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and event planning support. This is a temporary position with the possibility of permanent placement for the right individual.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal communications
Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and reports
Assist with event planning, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned
Liaise with internal staff, external partners, and volunteers
Ensure office supplies and resources are maintained and organized
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate office setting
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event management tools a plus
Professional, proactive, and adaptable with a team-oriented mindset
Working Hours:
Full-time
Onsite
Monday- Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm PST

Compensation: $28.00- $33.00 per hour DOE
