Administrative Assistant
Customer Service & Support
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Office Assistant in Mission Valley to ensure smooth office operations and support our team. Key responsibilities include:
Managing Communications: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
Scheduling & Coordination: Organize meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate office activities
Administrative Support: Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and prepare documents as needed
Office Supplies: Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage office equipment
Team Collaboration: Work with team members to support various administrative tasks and projects
Requirements:
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with office equipment
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience: Previous office experience preferred but not required
Working Hours:
40 hours per week
Full-time
Monday- Friday
8:00am-5:00pm PST

Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 per hour DOE
