LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Office Assistant in Mission Valley to ensure smooth office operations and support our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Communications: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Organize meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate office activities

  • Administrative Support: Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and prepare documents as needed

  • Office Supplies: Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage office equipment

  • Team Collaboration: Work with team members to support various administrative tasks and projects


Requirements:

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with office equipment

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience: Previous office experience preferred but not required



Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Full-time

  • Monday- Friday

  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST

Details:

  • Onsite

  • Contract-to-hire role

  • Located in Mission Valley, San Diego

  • Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 per hour DOE
