Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Sorrento Valley, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our client’s team in Sorrento Valley. In this role, you will support daily administrative operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and greet visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
Perform general clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or administrative training is a plus.
Previous office assistant or administrative experience is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Working Hours:
Full-time
Onsite
Monday- Friday
8:00am-5:00pm PST

Contract to hire role
Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 per hour DOE
