Office Manager job in San Diego, CA

LHH has partnered with an esteemed investment firm in Del Mar who is seeking a highly polished and professional Office Manager/Receptionist to join their team! The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks to efficiently run the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.

  • Answer and direct a high volume of phone calls.

  • Manage the office, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

  • Provide general information about the law firm’s services to clients.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and staff, ensuring a smooth flow of information.

  • Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in financial services or professional office environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Professional, proactive and polished.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Details:

  • Location: Del Mar

  • Salary: $65,000-$78,000/yearly salary

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard office hours

  • 40 hours per week

  • Duration: Direct Hire
