LHH is working with company who needs an Office Services Supervisor. This would be a supervisor role and in office in San Diego, CA. This role will be at a law firm and would need prior office experience in a law firm setting.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee department, delegate tasks and responsibilities.
· Monitor attendance, overtime, and performance.
· Coordinate scheduling, workflow, and projects with the service/copy center.
· Run copy machines, binding, cutting, assembly.
· Electronic imaging and printing, scan documents.
Experience:
· 3+ years’ experience in a law firm in a lead office role.
· Experience with color, copying, printing machines.
· Experienced with postal equipment, shipping software.
Role:
· Monday through Friday onsite in San Diego, CA.
· Full time role.
