Part Time Administrative Assistant job in San Diego, CA

LHH has partnered with a Biotech company that is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to assist their team! This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting their Marketing team with various administrative tasks.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and manage calendars, schedule meetings, and appointments.
  • Expense Reports: Prepare, review, and process expense reports.
  • Meeting Minutes: Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute minutes to relevant parties.
  • Correspondence: Handle email communications, draft letters, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Document Management: Organize, maintain, and update company documents and records.
  • Data Entry: Enter and update information in databases and systems accurately.
  • Special Projects: Assist with various projects and tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Experience using Concur
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Additional Details:
  • Location: San Diego (Caramel Valley)
  • Pay: $25.00/hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible hours
  • 20 hours per week
  • Hybrid (Friday work from home)
  • Duration: Contract for 9+ months, can always be extended based on job performance and business need
