Part Time Customer Service/Call Center position in San Diego, CA
LHH is partnering with a renowned healthcare organization who is actively seeking a Part Time Customer Service Specialist to assist their busy call center! In this role, you will be answering a high volume of inbound calls, taking detailed messages and transferring calls to the appropriate department, scheduling and accurately entering data into the database.
This is a part time, Contract-To-Hire role with an hourly starting pay at $23.00/hour. If you are looking for an opportunity to expand your skill set and gain experience with a large healthcare organization, apply now!
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
Assisting patients and physician with questions and inquiries
Transferring calls to appropriate nurse or faculty member when necessary
Conducting outbound calls to follow up with patients and physicians
Accurately entering large amounts of data and producing reports
Assisting with clerical tasks through-out office as needed
Qualifications:
1+ years of customer service experience preferred
Call center and healthcare experience is a plus
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Tech savvy and quick learner
Passion for customer service
Schedule:
Part Time- Monday-Friday
9:00am-1:00pm OR 1:00pm-5:00pm
Onsite in their central, Kearny Mesa office
