Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire payroll process for timely and accurate payment distribution.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations regarding payroll.
- Conduct regular audits and prepare reports for management and external auditors.
- Investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies or queries.
- Update payroll records by reviewing changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.
- Extensive experience with payroll software and systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Salary Range:
- $75,000 - $100,000 per year
