LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Product Change Control Coordinator (ERP) for a 1+ year contract assignment with a Fortune 500 company located in Carlsbad, with potential for a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will manage and oversee the entire product change control process within the company’s ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of product changes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and supply chain, to coordinate changes and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage Product Changes: Oversee and coordinate product change control processes within the ERP system, ensuring all changes are accurately documented.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, supply chain, and other teams to facilitate product changes.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Track and maintain comprehensive records of all product changes, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

  • Facilitate Approvals: Coordinate approval processes, ensuring timely sign-offs and communication across all relevant stakeholders.

  • ERP System Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ERP system, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

  • Support During Audits: Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits.


Qualifications:


  • Experience in product change control processes

  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Experience in a regulatory industry is required (medical, pharmaceutical, automotive, aerospace etc.)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Full-time

  • Onsite/hybrid

  • Monday- Friday

  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST


Details:

  • Contract role till the end of December 2025

  • Located in Carlsbad, San Diego

  • Compensation: $18.00-$22.00 per hour DOE
