Receptionist

LHH has partnered with an esteemed law firm in Mission Valley who is seeking a highly polished and professional Bilingual Receptionist to join their team! The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls and a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct a high volume of phone calls.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and attorneys.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Provide general information about the law firm’s services to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a law firm or professional office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional and polished.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Details:
- Location: Mission Valley
- Pay: $25.00-$27.00/hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard office hours
- 40 hours per week
- Duration: Contract-To-Hire
