Bilingual Receptionist job in San Diego, CA

LHH has partnered with an esteemed law firm in Mission Valley who is seeking a highly polished and professional Bilingual Receptionist to join their team! The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls and a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct a high volume of phone calls.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and attorneys.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Provide general information about the law firm’s services to clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a law firm or professional office environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional and polished.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Details:
  • Location: Mission Valley
  • Pay: $25.00-$27.00/hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard office hours
  • 40 hours per week
  • Duration: Contract-To-Hire
