Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Carmel Valley, San Diego, CA



LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a professional and experienced High-Level Receptionist to join our client’s dynamic team in Carmel Valley, San Diego. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion


Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
