Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Poway, CA
Employment Type: Direct Hire
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Recruiter with experience in human resources to join our clients team in Poway, CA. This direct hire role is ideal for a proactive and organized professional who is passionate about full-cycle recruiting and enjoys contributing to HR functions. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet the company’s needs. This position offers a pay range of $28.00 to $30.00 per hour and provides an excellent opportunity to build new skills!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Conduct onboarding for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization
Support HR functions, including compliance, employee relations, and workforce management
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and HRIS
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
At least 1-3 years of proven experience in recruiting and HR functions
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with HRIS system
Working Hours:
40 hours per week
Full-time
Onsite
Monday- Friday
8:00am-5:00pm PST

Compensation: $28.00-$30.00 per hour DOE
