Job Title: Recruiter

Join our client’s dynamic hospitality organization in the beautiful coastal town of La Jolla, CA. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences and are looking for a talented Recruiter to help build a team that shares their passion for hospitality.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our client’s team on a minimum 4-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume recruiting, particularly within the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various roles within our organization, ensuring we maintain our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events

• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings

• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Human resources experience is a plus

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week

• Full-time

• Onsite

• Monday – Friday

• 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm PST

• Compensation: $26.00-$30.00 per hour DOE
