Job Title: Senior Paralegal Contract Specialist
Location: Torrey Pines, San Diego, CA
Contract Duration: 6+ Months
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal Contract Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in contract law to join our client’s team in Torrey Pines for a 6+ month contract assignment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our legal department, handling a wide range of contract-related matters, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and amendments
Assist with the deployment and management of our contract management software, including data entry, document tracking, and generating reports
Conduct legal research and provide contract-related analysis to support internal teams
Maintain and organize contract records, ensuring proper documentation and filing
Assist in dispute resolution, risk assessments, and compliance with relevant laws
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage deadlines and ensure contract obligations are met
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, with a focus on contract matters
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Associate degree or paralegal certificate is preferred
Vendor contract experience is required
Transactional experience is required
Exposure to software, SaaS, technology, and services contracts is preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
Working Hours:
40 hours per week

Monday- Friday
8:00am-5:00pm PST
