Job Title: Senior Paralegal Contract Specialist

Location: Torrey Pines, San Diego, CA


Contract Duration: 6+ Months



LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal Contract Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in contract law to join our client’s team in Torrey Pines for a 6+ month contract assignment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our legal department, handling a wide range of contract-related matters, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and amendments


  • Assist with the deployment and management of our contract management software, including data entry, document tracking, and generating reports


  • Conduct legal research and provide contract-related analysis to support internal teams


  • Maintain and organize contract records, ensuring proper documentation and filing


  • Assist in dispute resolution, risk assessments, and compliance with relevant laws


  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage deadlines and ensure contract obligations are met


Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, with a focus on contract matters


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks


  • Associate degree or paralegal certificate is preferred


  • Vendor contract experience is required


  • Transactional experience is required


  • Exposure to software, SaaS, technology, and services contracts is preferred


  • Excellent communication and organizational skills


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems


Working Hours:



  • 40 hours per week


  • Full-time


  • Onsite


  • Monday- Friday


  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST

  • Compensation: $88,000-$105,000 annually DOE
