Shipping Coordinator job in Carlsbad, CA

LHH has partnered with a dynamic, fun and hardworking sports manufacturing company that is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join their team! They are passionate about sports and creating an energetic work environment and pride themselves on their great culture and are looking for someone who shares their enthusiasm and commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have some warehouse experience and a strong work ethic. This is a contract-to-hire position offering $20 per hour starting pay.

• Coordinate and manage the shipping and receiving of products.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.

• Maintain inventory records and manage stock levels.

• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.

• Communicate with carriers and customers to resolve any shipping issues.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping role is preferred but not required.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable and punctual with a strong attention to detail.

Additional Details:

• Location: Carlsbad, CA

• Pay: $20/hour

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard office hours

• Duration: Contract-To-Hire
