Job Title: Shipping Coordinator

Job Description:

LHH is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join our client's team for a project-based role. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As the Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shipping process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily shipping activities, including scheduling pickups and deliveries with carriers

• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and shipping regulations

• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery, updating internal systems with status reports

• Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve any shipping issues or delays

• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and inspecting incoming shipments

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in shipping or logistics preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with shipping software

• Ability to lift and move packages as needed

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week

• Full-time

• Onsite

• Monday- Friday

• 8:00am-5:00pm PST

Details:

• Located in Kearney Mesa, San Diego

• 6 month contract role with the possibility to be extended

• Compensation: $20.00 per hour
