LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our legal client to hire an In-House Social Worker for their practice. This position will be a direct hire, hybrid position and interested candidates must sit in the greater San Diego area.

This position will be focused on assisting both internal employees and external clients on their mental health journey, as well as being a resource for guidance for benefits, community linkages, crisis management, and involvement in community outreach for our client.

• Master's in Social Work or equivalent
• Must be a CA Licensed Social Worker
• Minimum 3 years case management experience within a legal firm or government entity

• Excellent ability to work independently and meet deadlines as needed
• Can work well with a wide array of individuals, both internal and external
• Strong understanding of government benefits and ability to explain and navigate resources
• Ability to be an excellent project manager and multitask, remain organized, and prioritize different cases/tasks as needed
• Able to think critically and problem solve analytically with little to no guidance
