Job Description: Temporary Benefits Coordinator (LOA Coverage) – El Cajon, CA
Duration: Temporary – LOA coverage with potential for extension
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Temporary Benefits Coordinator to join our client’s team in El Cajon, CA, to provide coverage during a leave of absence. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in benefits administration to support a dynamic HR team and make an immediate impact.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience handling employee benefits and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This role is responsible for assisting employees with benefits enrollment, answering questions related to health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, and ensuring all benefits records are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Support benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations
Assist employees with benefits-related questions and issues
Maintain accurate and confidential employee benefit records
Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve claims or coverage issues
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies
Working Hours:
Full-time
Onsite
Monday- Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

Contract/Contract to hire opportunity
Compensation: $24.00 per hour
