We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service/Administrative professional for a temporary position lasting 4-8 weeks. This role involves a variety of tasks including data entry, customer service and assisting with special projects. They are looking for someone to start a position as soon as possible!
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately enter data into databases and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Customer Service: Over the phone scheduling, coordinating and providing updates to customers.
- Account Management: Managing customer accounts, updating information, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Special Projects: Assist with various special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry, customer service or a related administrative role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Additional Details:
- Location: Encinitas, CA-92024
- Pay: $24 per hour
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
- Duration: Temporary position for 4-8 weeks
