Job Title: Temporary Foreclosure Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Foreclosure Specialist to join our client’s team in Kearny Mesa. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a strong background in accounting, invoicing, and foreclosure processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with foreclosure procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review foreclosure-related financial transactions, including payments, invoices, and reconciliations

• Maintain and update accounting records, spreadsheets, and reports related to foreclosure proceedings

• Prepare and send invoices, ensuring timely processing and accuracy

• Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth foreclosure processes

• Research and resolve discrepancies in payments and financial documentation

• Assist with document preparation, data entry, and compliance checks

• Ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Experience in accounting, invoicing, or financial administration preferred

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Working Hours:

• Full-time

• Onsite

• Monday- Friday

• 7:00am-4:00pm PST

Details:

• Located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego

• 3 month contract with possibility to go permanent

• Compensation: $25.00 per hour
