Accounts Receivable Specialist

LHH is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our clients team on a direct hire basis in San Francisco, CA. This role requires 2 days onsite per week and offers a competitive salary along with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities:

· Manage all aspects of the accounts receivable process including invoicing, billing, collections, and reconciliations.

· Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments and resolve any discrepancies or issues as needed.

· Collaborate with internal teams to address billing inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to external clients.

· Utilize Oracle or similar ERP systems to record transactions, maintain accurate records, and generate reports.

· Analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk.

· Assist with month-end close activities and support audit requests as necessary.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

· 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role.

· Proficiency in Oracle or other ERP systems is required.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
