Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: San Francisco, CA (Fully Onsite)
Salary: $75,000–$80,000 annually
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide direct support to a senior executive in a fast-paced, professional environment. This is a fully onsite position based in San Francisco, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, can manage multiple priorities, and has excellent communication skills. While this role does not carry the title of Executive Assistant, it involves a high level of administrative support and interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy and professionalism
Assist with internal communications and team coordination
Help track project timelines, tasks, and key deliverables
Serve as a liaison between the executive and various departments
Support logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications:
3+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership or project teams
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Professional, dependable, and proactive with a solutions-oriented mindset
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
