Responsibilities:
- Ensure data accuracy and provide assurance within assigned tasks
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data, including duplicate records, missing information, and incorrect entries
- Regularly update and maintain data in the organization's databases and information systems
- General administrative duties to include: faxing, scanning, electronic and paper filing
- Ability to meet deadlines and provide communication to providers
- Effectively leverage reporting tools to identify ad remediate errors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma required
- 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or data management role
- Experience working in various reporting platforms
- Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks under time constraints
- Ability to identify and proactively address potential sources of data collection and errors
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently

Location: Kansas City, MO – hybrid position
Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 DOE
Job Type: Direct hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm CST
