Our client is a full-service aircraft lessor and financier, owning over 200 commercial aircraft on lease to airlines in 30+ countries. We are seeking a Workday Financials & Adaptive Planning Specialist to enhance our IT and financial operations.

This position is open due to an organizational need within the IT department to enhance system management and financial operations support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise on Workday Financials, Adaptive Insights, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, and asset/lease management tools.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions.

• Configure and customize financial systems to align with business objectives.

• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance for key financial applications.

• Develop documentation and oversee system integration efforts.

• Lead training sessions and manage external development teams.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Workday experience, including working with Workday Modules.

• 5+ years of customizing or configuring Workday Financials to align with business requirements.

• 3+ years of Adaptive Planning experience, including leading implementations or enhancements.

• 5+ years of managing integrations between Workday Financials and other enterprise applications, such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Capital Markets, Commercial, etc.) to align business processes with technology solutions.

• 5+ years of ERP experience (please list relevant experience).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Experience with integration tools, data mapping, and enterprise security.

• Ability to align different stakeholder groups toward a common financial system implementation goal.

• Background in financial systems, asset/lease management, and enterprise applications.

Education & Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered).

• Background check required.
