Salary: $80,000 per year

About Us

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to our leadership team and Board of Directors.

Job Summary

The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our executive team. This role requires a professional with strong administrative skills, experience supporting a Board of Directors, and proficiency in Google Suite. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has a passion for supporting nonprofit leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and senior leadership.

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

  • Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for Board of Directors meetings, ensuring follow-ups are executed.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the executive team and the Board.

  • Organize and maintain important documents, reports, and correspondence.

  • Assist with special projects, events, and fundraising initiatives.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Support office management and operations as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a nonprofit setting.

  • Experience working with and supporting a Board of Directors.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive mindset.



Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
