We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to our leadership team and Board of Directors.
Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our executive team. This role requires a professional with strong administrative skills, experience supporting a Board of Directors, and proficiency in Google Suite. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has a passion for supporting nonprofit leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and senior leadership.
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for Board of Directors meetings, ensuring follow-ups are executed.
Serve as the primary liaison between the executive team and the Board.
Organize and maintain important documents, reports, and correspondence.
Assist with special projects, events, and fundraising initiatives.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support office management and operations as needed.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a nonprofit setting.
Experience working with and supporting a Board of Directors.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
