LHH is helping a long-term client hire a Finance & Accounting Manager to support some of their large transformation, process improvements, and strategic initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role, working with internal and external stakeholders on high-profile projects. This newly created position will report directly to the CFO and be a high-level individual contributor. Their offices are in San Francisco and this position will work full time on-site. If you enjoy managing high-impact projects and driving process improvements, this could be a great fit. Target compensation is $140k-$175k plus bonus. Duties and Responsibilities Include:
· Driving process improvements, system implementations, and automation initiatives across the finance and accounting organization
· Full ownership of internal controls and documentation projects across finance and accounting
Quarterly analysis and financial reporting for multiple entities
Liaison with external tax firm and other outsourced providers
Prepare accurate cash flow statements and projections on request
Manage and review financial statements related to various trusts prepared by outsourced CPA firm
Manage tax return preparation process for various entities including managing the preparation of supporting
Financial modeling and analysis for projects such as building construction and capital improvement projects
Timely review of operating results from certain business divisions, including the hotels
Manage insurance renewal for all forms of business insurance
Organization and management of projects for the executive team, or other members of Management
Requirements for Consideration:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Experience managing cross functional projects, leading system implementation, and driving other process improvements
Experience relating to real estate, taxation (public accounting) are considered a plus
Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $175,000.00 per year
