The ideal candidate will have an accounting degree, at least three years of experience, and have strong experience with month-end close. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts.
Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and other adjustments.
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Process Payroll.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3 plus years of experience as a General Ledger Accountant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience processing payroll
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work well in a small-team environment.
